CEO
Manny served as the CEO of American Modern, a leading insurance carrier in the personal specialty lines and the CUO of USAA. Manny also played a vital role in three successful startups: Homesite Group as CUO, Tower Hill Specialty as CEO, and Honeycomb as Co-founder & CUO. Homesite Group pioneered real-time quoting and binding of homeowner insurance. He is a pioneer in real-time quoting/binding and a proven industry innovator in Underwriting.
Joseph P. Kniery
General Counsel
Joe, is a seasoned legal expert, has served as General Counsel and Head of Compliance for multiple start up insurance entities where he developed the legal and compliance functions. He served as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Vice President at Zurich North America with vast expertise in insurance, reinsurance, international program business, global reinsurance, and M&A support. While in private practice, he successfully tried multiple jury trials. He also has more than a decade of underwriting and claims experience at State Farm Insurance Company.
Sumit Dravid
Chief Technology Officer
Sumit has worked for over 27 years in the technology industry, over 14 years focusing on bridging the gap between insurance and technology. Sumit was previously the senior program manager at Farmers Insurance, overseeing the digital roadmap for building the Claim Center and Policy Management system using Guidewire for all the states. Key Integrations lead for Metlife P&C acquisition by Farmers Insurance. He also led the implementation of Salesforce CRM and Knowledge Management solutions for Farmers Service operations nationwide.
Justin Loeper
Director of Insurance Product
Justin has over 25 years of experience in the insurance Industry in both Personal Lines as well as Commercial Product offerings. In that time, he has managed teams representing Underwriting, Claims, IT, Compliance, Project Management, Product Development, Internal Audit, Regulatory Filing and Forms. He has also drafted legislation, participated in regulatory development, and is frequently sought by industry leaders due to his intrinsic familiarity with all aspects of insurance operations.
